Soorma is a 2018 hindi film starring actors Diljit Dosanjh,Taapsee Panu and Angad Bedi in pivotal roles.Soorma is a biopic made on India Legendary Hockey Player Sandeep Singh.

Diljit Dosanjh plays the lead  role of Sandeep Singh.The film show struggles Sandeep and his family faced  through various hardships before Sandeep Singh became Flicker Singh   Indian    Hockey fastest Drag flicker.

Angad bedi plays the role of Sandeep elder brother  Vikramjeet who is also Hockey player and dreams to playing for india but fails to achieve his place in national team.

Tapsee Paanu plays  Harpreet who is the reason sandeep took up Hockey.The rest  of which includesVijay raaz,Kulbhusan Kharbanda  also does good job in the film.


Diljit Dosanjh gives a earnest performance as sandeep Singh.Taapsee pannu has limited role in the film.Angad bedi is the suprise package.He shows great emotions as elder brother would show.Shaad ali direction lacks the punch often required in a sporting drama film.
