The film tells the story of Kashmiri Pandits who were forced to leave Kashmir in the 1990s. Though the film has generated alot of controversies from many political parties and Even Some people of Jammu and Kashmir are calling the film a propaganda film but the truth the film is one of the biggest superhits of 2022. The film which opened at 3.25 crs has reached 200crs mark in just two weeks.

Even now the film is giving tough competition to other films like Akshay Kumar Starrer Bachchan Pandey and will also give a tough fight to RRR.
