Action Star of 90s era Sunny Deol has once again teamed Up with His Fav Director Rajkumar Santoshi.  for Batwara.The film is produced by Aamir Khan Productions.The drama action film also has Pretty Zinta,Shabana Azmi and Many other actors in supporting role.

Batwara tells the story of Tragic Partition which happened in 1947 and It divided two Nations India.  and Pakistan forever.

The period Action film was released on August 14 during independence  day weekend.Till now Batwara has  less than expected collections. In Indian and OVERSEAS market.The film has been declared Flop.The film has. Been badly affected by Awarapan 2 Success. All Movie Theaters has reduced Batwara daily shows.
